Wow, hardcore congee! I usually just have century egg congee, although the pumpkin congee we had last year in HK wasn't bad either.
I have eaten frogs before though. Probably in HK too. I think it tasted quite OK, though it was long ago so I don't remember if it really tastes like chicken. :P

@Mythril - I LOVE century egg congee - but I heard that eating too much of it is bad for you.
